The viscosity temperature control integrated machine integrates viscosity measurement and precise temperature control. Breaking through the existing market of using a constant temperature water bath, viscosity measuring instrument, and small sample adapter to form a split machine.
The all-in-one viscosity measurement system consists of a 7-inch large touch screen host, a columniform sample sleeve of a small sample adapter (SSR), a 5C4 rotor, and a temperature controller;
The amount of sample required for testing is only 2 to 16m, and the cylindrical geometric structure of SC4 rotor can provide very accurate viscosity measurement.
Electric control for lifting and precise positioning. The small sample sleeve is easy to install and unload, which brings convenience to cleaning work. The small sample cylinder is closely connected to the temperature controller, which can accurately measure the sample temperature.
The stirring action of the rotor, coupled with the small sample size, can minimize the unevenness of the sample temperature and greatly shorten the constant temperature time;
The viscosity measurement system comes with password protection for temperature and viscosity correction coefficients, allowing users to correct temperature and viscosity correction coefficients on their own with reliable and accurate data;
Support infinitely variable speed viscosity measurement, inputting any speed directly reflects the full range of each rotor, making it convenient for users to select testing conditions: support external USB data storage;
