GZ608-ST Tablet Automatic Sampling and Dissolution Apparatus is an instrument used to establish a dissolution determination method for sustained-release tablets, in order to control the quality of drugs.
Performance characteristics:
1 . coated dissolution cup, automatic center positioning.
2. It can store at least 200 experimental methods. The software has the functions of permission management and
audit tracking, and can store at least 100 preset login accounts and passwords, and operation authority
hierarchical management.
3. The stand-alone version is equipped with a database system, and the system storage capacity can meet the
record storage of at least 10 years.
4. At least 3 authority levels can be assigned; the details of each authority level can be customized by the
customer based on their own risk assessment.
5. Segmental rotating shaft design, the dissolution method switch without manually readjusting the height of the
mixing component.
6. Automatic synchronous dosing, and the automatic dosing device can be disassembled and cleaned.
7. The dissolution experiment automatically generates the electronic file experiment report, and supports the PDF
format export and backup function.
8. Support the automatic operation experiment of replacing the solvent during the dissolution process. The
parameters such as the time point and volume of changing solvent and stirring speed after solvent replaced can
be set. The sampling needle will be automatically positioned to the correct sampling position according to the
solvent volume change after solvent replacement.
9. Integrated clamshell type shading and dustproof cover can effectively avoid the possible sample
photodegradation, and it is more convenient and easy to use.
10. Optimized sample injection needle, lower residue and more corrosion resistance. And inject the sample
solution directly into a pre-covered liquid-phase vial.
11. At least 120 positions sample collection rack.
