Electronic Liquid Densimeter [U-tube Oscillation Method]
U-type tube oscillator densimeter, electronic liquid densimeter is liquid density measurement according to the principle of different oscillation frequency when the double U-type tube is filled with different media. After pumping liquid to be tested into the resonance cylinder sensor, the measurement data is processed by the microcontroller, fast and high sensitivity. It is composed of two-tone fork type density sensor, vibration cylinder circuit, temperature measurement circuit, CPU, display, constant temperature tank, liquid inlet pump and control panel.
Application Scope: density tests in oil, diesel oil, cleaning fluid, lubrication fluid, chemical liquid, welding flux, crude oil, chemical reagent, benzene, methyl benzene, essence and spice, essential oil,

Characteristics:
1. Using the principle of U-type tube vibration method, it is suitable for automatic density measurement of liquid density;
2. Adopt imported high-progress ZGMD chip for processing, with high sensitivity and accurate data;
3, Automatic sampling: using special automatic injection system, automatic quantification technology, high accuracy;
4. The self-developed residue removal technology is adopted to ensure that the sample has no residue;
5. Constant temperature control: using self-developed Peltier refrigeration technology, high refrigeration efficiency, environmental friendly;
6. Wall-free treatment: the liquid in the process of flow will leave residual liquid in the inner wall of the oscillator tube, which will affect the measurement accuracy. Therefore, the inner wall of the oscillator tube can avoid the residual liquid in the inner wall of the oscillator tube and ensure the accuracy of the instrument.
7. Data storage and transmission: built in storage chip, capable of storing 80 sets of detection data, and can be retraced and deleted;
8. Calibration function: use 20 ℃ pure water as a standard to calibrate the instrument, which is a function that glass density meters cannot achieve.
Test Steps:
Insert the injection tube into the liquid and press the "Sample" button. The liquid will automatically pump to the inside of the cylinder. When the constant temperature of the machine goes to 20 ± 0.1℃, the screen directly displays the temperature and density value of the liquid.
Self-cleaning:
First drain the liquid in the cylinder, and then wash the cylinder with the appropriate cleaning liquid until there is no residue in the cylinder.
